• Set goals, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Lead efforts to port operating systems onto chip platforms, including bootloader configuration, kernel modifications, and hardware abstraction layer integration.
• Develop, debug, and optimize low-level drivers for hardware peripherals.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for debugging, testing, and optimizing embedded systems.
• Drive development of SDKs and ensure seamless integration with chip platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and system design engineers, to align software and hardware integration efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for software designs, SDKs, and processes.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English for technical communication.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded system software development on Linux/Android.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and debugging embedded software.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, RTOS, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes).
• Understanding of hardware architectures, including ARM, MIPS, RISC-V, or similar.
• Proficiency with toolchains, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build systems (e.g., CMake, Make).
• Experience with SDK development and usage.
• Ability to clearly document and explain technical concepts to team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
