Mô tả công việc

In charge of design ideas and concept design for all stores of GS25;
Receive orders directly from line manager and assign tasks to team members;
Work with Designers from I&C Korea to understand all the concepts/BI from GS25 Korea to apply into store design in Vietnam;
Design 2D layouts and 3D drawings of GS25 stores;
Coordinate with other departments such as OP/MD/QA/HSE/IT to make sure the design to meet all requirements;
Work with contractors to clarify all the queries from contractors related to design issues;
Work with suppliers/manufacturers to understand and apply the materials/equipment/furniture/fixtures into the design;
Check, adjust, report and send unified layout to departments;
Research and study new trends in design, new materials applied to CVS;
Check and report BI of GS25 Vietnam stores;
Compile and update Interior Design Guidelines;
Prepare weekly and monthly work reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

At least 5-7 years in relevant flied (prefer candidates to have experience in same position in other CVS such as Circle K, 7 Eleven, Ministop, Family Mart, etc);
University of Architecture or Interior Design. Proficient in using softwares such as AutoCad, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign…;
Creativity – Have good taste in design;
Analytical thinking;
Problem solving;
Organizational and management skills;
Communication skill;
Perseverance, creativity, eager to learn. Have bravery;
Hard working and agile, complete the job on schedule.
